Pestana Brussels Schuman Hotel

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and the bus stop for the airport shuttle. This made it easy for me to explore Brussels and also catch my flight home. there were plenty of supermarkets nearby, including one right behind the hotel that was open even on public holidays. This was great because I could always find something to eat, even if the hotel restaurant was closed.

When I requested a different room, I was told there was only one alternative available.

Helpful staff, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, clean and quiet room, good location near EU complex. Modern facilities, big bed, variety for breakfast, kind and helpful personnel, small details like magazines and fragrant soap. Nice atmosphere, chic design, cool bar and lobby areas, new iMacs, great king size bed, well-designed bathroom. Free leisure facilities, supermarket nearby. Great area with park and restaurants for EU meetings.

Room wasvery comfy and tidy, with a cozy bed and nice amenities like an audio system and coffee machine. The location of the hotel was very convenient for my business meetings in the European Neighborhood. The staff at the front desk were polite and smiling, providing good customer service.

The location of the hotel is superb, with easy access to the Schuman station and the university area. It is also close to downtown and the tourist area, although it may take around 20 minutes to reach those places on foot. The rooms are modern and spacious, exceeding expectations, and the facilities provided are impressive. The breakfast is good, and there is also an environmentally friendly option to receive a voucher when canceling room service for a day.

The reception staff could have been more helpful and efficient in dealing with reservations and check-in process, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

The perfect location for EU Parliament or EU Commission. Walking distance to majority of buildings. Good wi-fi, delicious breakfast, cozy lobby for work and meetings. Friendly and helpful staff.

The value for money was exceptional, as the room price already included a delicious breakfast buffet with high-energy music to start the day off right. I really enjoyed my recent stay at the hotel. The design and decor were stylish and modern, creating a fun and funky atmosphere. The comfortable bed and clean rooms made for a pleasant stay. the happy hour from 6-6.30pm and 8-8.30pm was a nice touch. The hotel's location in the middle of Schuman meant there was no noise at night, great for a peaceful sleep.

Close to everything we wanted to see; clean and modern rooms; helpful and energetic staff; breakfast was delicious.

Can't fault anything about it.
